Changing Directions Foundation (CDF) provides fully furnished and professionally staged transitional housing for veterans and recently discharged hospital patients. Our units are designed to offer comfort, stability, and a calm environment for clients transitioning into long-term housing solutions. CDF prioritizes safety, dignity, and a clean environment that promotes rest and recovery. Each room is set up with hotel-style essentials to help residents feel supported from the moment they arrive.
